Abby Silbert
After 18 years in Corporate America, it took the final blow of losing her entire life savings in a corporate bankruptcy, for Abby to realize that she was working very hard to make other people wealthy. She was not in control of her own destiny, but rather was led by those above her, who only saw her as a rung in their ladder to success.
Always anxious and stressed Abby couldn’t find time to really enjoy life. Craving flexibility, she wanted to spend time with her family and enjoy those special occasions in her children's lives. As a woman motivated by success and accomplishment, she wanted to work, but on her own terms.
Arbonne provides Abby with the freedom to work when she chooses, to attend her children’s events, to spend time with her family, to earn an income that’s commensurate with her activity, and to help people along the way. Never believing a “job” like this existed, she wants to spread the word to other women.
Sheila Longhi
After 11 years in medical sales, Sheila realized she spent so much time travelling and studying she had no time for her true passion of “partying”. In April of 1999, she took on a part-time jewelry adventure to make some fun money and enjoy the perks of her habit – jewelry. Sheila balanced between her two careers for eight years but in August 2007 she took the plunge, resigned from corporate life, and chose to focus all her efforts on growing her Silpada business. Her decision paid off. Sheila is living her dreams and empowering women to build their business. She’s also earned fabulous company awards of paid tropical vacations, Sterling Club, and Leadership.

After a successful career in corporate America, Valerie joined Nikken in 2000. She has won many awards with the company and is a member of the prestigious President’s Club and one of the original members of the Watanabe Leadership Team. She’s passionate about creating healthy home and business environments globally and helping others find balance in their lives, both physically and financially through the Nikken opportunity.
As an Environmental Health & Lifestyle Consultant, Valerie has been a contributing writer for several health and business magazines and has been featured as a guest speaker for television and radio talk shows. She is the co-creator of the LivWell Rooms for the hotel and resort industry and the LivWell workplace. She has been invited to speak at various networking events, social and professional organizations as well as various companies, including UBS, Diageo, Pitney Bowes and enjoys bringing an added dimension of wellness to everyone she meets.
Valerie is most proud of her team of leaders and colleagues in the wellness industry, and she is very grateful for the opportunity to serve. She lives in Fairfield and is the proud mom of two teenage children, Andrew and Ariel.
