What does it take to be an expert? Or at least to feel like you’re an expert?

I’ve been reflecting on this question a lot lately as I see people holding themselves from moving forward because they think they don’t know enough to do that thing they want to do.

I have had many coaches and mentors throughout my career. I have read many books. I have taken many classes. I have purchased and used the content from many information products. Needless to say there’s a lot of stuff in my brain. (more…)
