Step #1 – Defining Your Project’s Vision

Over the past year in my program, the Get It Done Challenge, I’ve been teaching a very simple 5-step system to help solo-entrepreneurs (who are stuck or overwhelmed) get their projects completed!

These 5 steps are a culmination of all I’ve learned that can help you get your brilliant ideas out of your head and out there into the world where they deserve to be. So, I thought it’d be helpful share a video series with you where I highlight each of the steps and explain exactly WHY they’re so important to getting your project done, and HOW to do them.

So here we go with Step 1 – Defining Your Project’s Vision

As you can see, in a way step 1 is the most important one. This is where you concentrate on the OUTCOME you desire. This is where you choose a project that will create MOMENTUM in your business, not just something that clears off your to-do list.

I have a great template to share with you that goes into greater details of how to do step one’s exercise. Click here to download your copy for free right now.

What project are you going to focus on completing in the next few weeks?

Hi Kim, Thanks for keeping me accountable. I've started looking into who I want to invite to my women get together. I've set a date for Feb. 19. In the back of my mind, I feel like no one will want to come.

  • Awesome advice, Kim! This first part is what I struggle with...really knowing WHO I want to help. I know WHAT I can do but have a hard time focusing on a target market without being to broad based.

If the WHO is a problem for you really think about your favorite clients, those you've just loved working with and being of service to. Try to imagine just one person, that keeps you from getting too broad.
